Project Restore is one-of-a-kind movement offering transformative resources for frontline mental health and trauma responders to process vicarious trauma, rebuild strength, and nurture their well-being.
With a combination of short-term and long-term engagements such as therapeutic counseling groups, restorative activities, personal fitness training, and immersive restorative day-stay experiences at The Respite Place, it is our desire to co-create lifestyle strategies and an environment where participants can unplug, heal, and reconnect with their purpose.
It is our hope that Project Restore will equip participants to navigate the challenges of their roles while reclaiming peace and balance.
Lastly, we seek to ensure that every individual who enters our program emerges with the tools, strength, and resilience to continue their invaluable work sustainably.
